Ed, thanks to you Amy and Mark for the two bottles of wine that were in our stateroom when we arrived.  That was a very nice touch and Julie and I enjoyed them on our veranda.  We also want to thank you guys for the terrific accommodations and reservations that you made for us.  The entire trip was first class!  We were able to upgrade our airline tickets to Business Class on all flights and the ground transportation was terrific.  Everyone was on time waiting for our arrival and the transfers were perfect.  We even had a Mercedes S500 as our transfer from London! The cruise was absolutely marvelous! The Silversea cruise ship was everything we expected and more…All the shore excursions were very well organized and had very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guides.

We also really enjoyed the “all inclusive” aspect of the cruise, and we got anything that we wanted….. The suite was very clean and well laid out. Had lots of room in the walk-in closet and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The food on the ship was also exceptional … Always had good wines with the dinners. Also, we were able to eat with others or by ourselves…By the way, all the shipboard credits were on our account, just as you guys had advised…

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise experience and we would not hesitate to book another Silversea cruise in the future. We also want to express our thanks to both you guys for the very professional way you handled our booking. It was very convenient, and best of all, there were no surprises.
